Can I Pick Up My Order?
Yes, Please schedule an appointment to get your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to prepare your order. Generally, orders will have to be shipped out by USPS or UPS. Within California, orders will take 1-2 business day to arrive for ground service.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, please call 1-800-285-5788 between Monday - Friday 9:30 - 4:30 Pacific Time to cancel or make changes to the existing order before it's shipped. We cannot cancel, add or delete your order by email. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to do any changes to the order.
Do you sell to General Public
Yes, we do sell to general public. Simply add the products to shopping cart, and checkout. No registration is required. It's easy & secure.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, not to personal shopper. Minimum order is only applied to wholesale customer.
How do I return or exchange for an order?
Please use the contact us page to submit a refund or exchange request. Please do include your email address. We will send you instructions via email on how to return or exchange a product.
What is the processing time for my order?
Usually, 90% orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. Depending on the size of the order and product availability, orders can take up to 4-5 business days to process.
Why is shipping charge so expensive?
Ribbons can be heavy, especially satin ribbons. Because shipping carrier charges the shipment based on weight, shipping can be expensive sometimes. Our Website has just updated the real time UPS cost and transit time function. You'll be able to view what UPS is offering for shipping. Sometimes, depend on order size and weight, we'll use USPS to ship.
How do I place an overnight express order?
Please submit your order online. Overnight order will be sent out by UPS Overnight Service and shipping charge is automatically charged based on the weight of the package. Orders need to be placed before 3 PM Eastern Time to be shipped out the same day (applies to Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day Service)
If I am getting computer error, what can I do?
Copy and paste your shopping cart to an email and email to support@bbcrafts.com with your billing and shipping information. We'll process your order upon receive of your email. You can also call our sales office @ 1-800-285-5788. We'll be glad to help you.
