Return Policy

How do I make an exchange/return? Do I need a RMA number?

Refund: If you wish to process a return, you have within 90 days after receiving your order to ship back for a refund since we don't offer exchanges. Simply make sure products are in original and unused conditions and ship back with invoice and note requesting a reimbursement. Once we receive returns we process the returns once a week and send an email confirmation. All items accepted must be in unused, uncut and original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

We don't process shipment to PO Box. Please note any packages returned to shipper because of invalid addresses will only be refunded for subtotal, shipping will not be refunded.

If any packages are refused/returned to shipper by customer or shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex), the return postage will be deducted from your total refund.

We do not cover return postage for refused packages.


Items displaying visual signs of use or damages will not be accepted. 

Defective Merchandise:

All defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your order. As a consumer you are required to inspect your products and contact us immediately if the products are in damaged conditions beyond repairs which we will need the following to file a claim: Picture proof displaying the damages, number of yardages affected, is the product repairable and a detailed description of damages. Once information is provided and evidence reviewed we will be able to offer the option for a replacement or refund if qualified. Restrictions may apply and ANY claims past 90 days will not be accepted or validated. Please take into consideration that we cannot file any claims for product that has been used knowingly that it's damaged. By using defective product, thereby you forfeits any and all rights to resolution of replacement or refund claims.

Please note: a refund will be issued if and only if it meets requirement below:

  • Items must be in its original condition, well packaged, with original products' packaging. Damaged items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. No exceptions.

Please note: Any cuts, drawings or alternations made in our products automatically disqualifies for returns.
