Return Policy - 90-Day Return Period

We accept returns of merchandise that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for a refund within 90 days of the purchase date. Exchanges are not available. Our Diamond Tier Loyalty Member Gets Free Return - Make sure to join our royalty program to accumulate cash back reward points.

Wreath Accent Signs, Final Sale or Made to Order Items returns are NOT ACCEPTED. 

Return Criteria:
- Items must be in new condition: unused, in original packaging and unmodified.
- Securely package items in a box with adequate cushioning.
- Use a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
- Returns must be shipped; no public access is available.
- Include a copy of your invoice with the returned items. 

Defective Merchandise:

If your items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to customer service for guidance before returning them. Providing photos of the damaged or defective items is beneficial. All defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your order. As a consumer you are required to inspect your products and contact us immediately if the products are in damaged conditions beyond repairs which we will need the following to file a claim: Picture proof displaying the damages, number of yardages affected, is the product repairable and a detailed description of damages. Once information is provided and evidence reviewed we will be able to offer the option for a replacement or refund if qualified. Restrictions may apply and ANY claims past 90 days will not be accepted or validated. Please take into consideration that we cannot file any claims for product that has been used knowingly that it's damaged. By using defective product, thereby you forfeits any and all rights to resolution of replacement or refund claims.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers bear the shipping costs.
- USPS is typically more cost-effective for packages under 5 lbs., while UPS or FedEx may be better for heavier items.

Refund Process:
- The value of the returned merchandise (excluding shipping) will be credited to the original payment method within one week of receipt, usually on Fridays.
- It may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Unauthorized Returns:
- Returns that don't meet the above criteria, including those after 90 days, improperly packaged, or used items, are not accepted.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return unauthorized returns.

We don't process shipment to PO Box. Please note any packages returned to shipper because of invalid addresses will only be refunded for subtotal, shipping will not be refunded.

If any packages are refused/returned to shipper by customer or shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex), the return postage will be deducted from your total refund.

We do not cover return postage for refused packages.

Items displaying visual signs of use or damages will not be accepted. 

Any cuts, drawings or alternations made in our products automatically disqualifies for returns.
