1. If I want to exchange for an order, am I responsible for shipping charge?
 Unfortunately, yes you will be responsible for the shipping charges on orders that are made correctly out to you.
2. Do you have any authentic flower petals?
 No, We do not sell any fresh authentic flower petals. All of our petals are silk designed for our flower girl baskets.
3. How long does it take to receive a refund?
 If we process a refund, generally it takes 24-48 hours for you to see the refund. However, some banks may take up to 7 days to process electronic refund. It is all depending on which bank you have.
4. Are you open to the public?
 We’re sorry; we are not open to the public.

5. Do you have coupon codes or any special discounts?

Currently, we do not have any coupon codes available. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will get emails of special promotions when they are available. Usually, if there is a promotion going on, there will be a notification on the very top of our website.
6. Do you have a catalog?
 This is something we are still currently working on. We do not have any catalog available at the moment.
7. Can you donate merchandise to a cause, fundraiser, event, etc?
 No, we’re sorry; we do not offer any donations at this point.
8. I can’t find an item I need; might you have it by any chance?
 All of our products are listed on our website. If you do not see it listed, then we do not carry it.
9. Do you have gift cards available?
No, we do not have any gift cards.
10. What happens if I forgot my username, password, or I can’t log into my account?

If you are registered with us, please click on the Forgot Password button and it will redirect you to a page where you enter the email you have registered with. Please enter your email and the login information will be emailed to you. If it says that the email is not registered with us, then you may create a new account.
11. Why does the website state that a product is in stock when it is not? How come I didn’t get notified?
 Occasionally, we encounter the problem that we sell out of products due to popular demand, this constant demand for merchandise makes it hard to keep up with current inventory availability considering our facility processes over hundreds of orders per day so you have to keep in mind that's thousands of orders per week which makes it difficult to contact every single customer at times. Therefore, to ensure that we provide you with the quickest processing time and shipping, we usually refund the items that are not scheduled to be available for a long period of time and send automatic email notifications. Nevertheless, we are trying our best to keep our website updated every week and are working on improving our services. We thank you for your understanding on this matter.
