CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes adding items, changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on what delivery option you’ve chosen:
Express (3-Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Service Delivery - 15 minutes after completing your order.
Standard & Flat Rate Service Delivery - 30 minutes after completing your order.
Please Note: All express shipment via Overnight, 2nd Day and Express Saver (3rd Day) must be shipped to physical address. No PO BOX allowed.
If your order is within the time limit please contact us immediately via email or live chat to request cancellation.
If the cancel option is not available, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. We do regret to inform you we do not offer pre-paid labels for returning products, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For packages refused or return to shipper the return postage will be automatically billed to your account.
How do I make an exchange/return? Do I need a RMA number?
Refund: If you wish to process a return you have within 15 days after receiving your order to ship back for a refund since we don't offer exchanges. Simply make sure products are in original and unused conditions and ship back with invoice and note requesting a reimbursement. Once we receive returns we process once a week and send an email confirmation. All Returns require a 20% restocking fee for return merchandise value, no exceptions. Customers are responsible for all associated return fees. Please note any packages returned to shipper because of invalid addresses will only be refunded for subtotal, shipping will not be refunded.

If any packages are refused/returned to shipper by customer then the return postage will be deducted from refund along with the 20% restocking fee.
We do not cover return postage for refused packages.

All defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your order. As a consumer you are required to inspect your products and contact us immediately if the products are in damaged conditions beyond repairs which we will need the following to file a claim: Picture proof displaying the damages, number of yardages affected, is the product repairable and a detailed description of damages. Once information is provided and evidence reviewed we will be able to offer the option for a replacement or refund if qualified. Restrictions may apply and ANY claims past 30 days will not be accepted or validated. Please take into consideration that we cannot file any claims for product that has been used knowingly that it's damaged. By using defective product, thereby you forfeits any and all rights to resolution of replacement or refund claims.
Please note: a refund will be issued if and only if it meets requirement below:
- Items must be in its original condition, well packaged, with original products' packaging. Damaged items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. No exceptions.
Please note: Any cuts, drawings or alternations made in our products automatically disqualifies for returns.
- Orders must be purchased within the last 15 days starting the day you received the order. Absolutely no refunds after 15 days. No exceptions.
