Step 1: Iron and Prep the Fabric You will Use to Make the Veil
Start by ironing out any kinks or folds in your fabric. After that, layout the fabric on a large, flat surface.
Step 2: Measure, Smear, and Cut the Tulle or Netting

Step 3: Start Sewing Your DIY Veil

Step 4: Sew a Second Line Below the First Line

Now, gather the fabric to form a piece of flat tulle into a veil. For doing so, hold the veil and gently pull the ribbon thread tail for each straight line of stitches. After this, your fabric will start to gather.
After grabbing your fabric to the same length as your comb, tie the threads at each end many times for ensuring they stay put. You can add glue for securing it with your comb properly. Trim the excess thread and fabric from the top.
Step 6: Attach the Veil to a Comb
Now, you will have your own veil, but you will need a way for attaching it to your head. So, grab your comb and set it so that it’s curving up. After that lay the gathered edge of the veil on the comb.
Use needle and thread for sewing the veil onto the comb by sewing stitches around each comb tooth. And ensure to tie knots in the threads at the end.
Place veil in your hair through the comb teeth fronting down and with the comb bent toward your head.
