Coronavirus has impacted us all. We want to share with you what we are doing to cope with this unprecedented pandemic that we all hate:

1. Our customer service representatives (CSR) are working from home to make sure your chat and email inquiries are answered promptly.

2. Telephone support is temporarily suspended until all of our CSR are back. Thank you for your understanding.  

3. Our fulfillment center for pick, pack and ship of your orders will remain operational. All of our distribution staffs are required to wear latex glove and wear mask in the facility during their 8 hours work schedule daily. 

We will continue to monitor this disaster daily to insure the safety of our employees and serve the best interest of our customers. During this time, your orders might be delayed up to 7 days for processing. All refunds and exchange can delay up to 10 days. Return packages for refund processing can delay up to 30 days.
